Paperartsy ATCs

I've been reading the Paperartsy's Blog with interest over the last few weeks and was inspired by Suzanne Czosek to play with some Fresco Paints and Crackle Glaze to make some ATCs.

The left one is painted with Guacamole with Sky on top and I've added some Faded Jeans Distress Stickles.  The  right one is Orchid with Sky on top and edged with Picked Raspberry Distress Inks. They're both overstamped with images from Lynne Perella's stamp set  LPC008 in Onyx Versafine.

I think I need a little more practice and more paint colours!

  3. Hi Elaine, it is such fun using those Fresco paints isn't it, I am new to it too and love it but I think your ATCs have turned out really, really well, love the colours you chose and that LP stamp is very nice indeed. Hugs, Anne x

  5. Hi Elaine. Loving what you are doing firstly with alcohol inks and then with your Fresco paints. It's all about experimenting to push boundaries and you are really doing this superbly here. Have a wonderful weekend, hugs Jenny x

  8. I think they look great Elaine. If u want smaller cracks, I've found applying the paint with cut and dry you get fine detail cracks like porcelaine and so when you stamp the image more detail is seen. In an ideal world I try to get seem large and some small, it seems to be the thickness of the top coat is what determines the size of the cracks. But in my world, all cracks are good! Lol
