The Colour Purple

Here's my entry for Hels Sunday Stamper Challenge 121 on the theme of the MOVIES. I was struggling for a little as there are just so many films to choose from and I couldn't think of any that went with my stamps. So a bit of browsing on the internet came up with The Colour Purple......


I used the swooshy distress ink technique for the backgrounds using Dusty Concord and Chipped Sapphire and then a Paperartsy stamp in black to represent the black women in the film - bit tenuous I know but. Just finished it with a short bit of film strip ribbon and some fibres.
