Spread your Wings and Fly

Here's a quick card I've made for this week's Less is More challenge with the theme of Masking.


I have various ideas in my head but I thought I'd just start simply by using a mask - I've blended some Broken China Distress Ink through a Tim Holtz compass mask and then overstamped this with his Aeroplane stamp and a sentiment in Jet Black Archival.

I seem to have used my favourite colour combination again - black, blue and white - so I'll try a different colour scheme next time and do some proper mask stamping. Now I'm off to concentrate on the rugby .... thanks for looking!!

    I do like this card Elaine, that blue makes the perfect background for the plane.
    Nice background for your blog as well, reminds me of the beaches in the North East. Lots of happy memories of my childhood.
