Ovals

Here's a quick card for the Less is More challenge week 85 where the theme is to use OVALS.

Well I've had a busy weekend, Mr Mojo is still missing and I have no oval dies so I've been trying to decide what to do.  Then I came across this 'oval' frame mask from Tattered Angels - I know it's not a true oval but it's the best I can do!!    I've just blended over this with Broken China and Faded Jeans Distress Inks and added the Tim Holtz sentiment.

Hope you like and thanks for looking!!

  1. Necessity is the mother of invention so they say Elaine. You managed even without an oval die! This is really pretty.
    Thanks so much

  2. Perfectly oval shaped and I thought that it was embossed, that is a great mask and love the colour you have used on this lovely piece. A x

  3. Fabulous oval Elaine. What a lovely mask and I love the colour you've used with it. That's one of my favourite sayings from Tim - how true.
I never know which mistakes to keep (or happy accidents as I like to call them) so I just keep the lot - they all come in for something in the end! xx
