B for Biodiversity


At last I've had chance to make something for the year long challenge run by the Craft Barn - the Craft Barn Alpha/Dictionary Challenge 2016 where the first letter is B.

I really enjoyed doing this in 2013 when I chose to do ATCs including as many words as I could in addition to the dictionary definition used.  This time I've decided to make it easier by using A6 card so a bit more space.   For this one, my word is Biodiversity but I've included bees, birds and a blue sky!


I've used the Oak House Studio's Triple Sky Blues and Triple Meadow Greens for the background blending and stamping.  The foliage stamps are Chocolate Baroque and the insects etc are from various Crafty Individuals sets. I've added the dictionary definition and a Thicker for the letter B.

    So good to connect with you again, Elaine, because it was fun sharing Craft Barn art in the quotes/lyrics challenge two years ago. I missed the first alpha challenge the first time, so look forward to seeing what you make this time.

    Biodiversity is a wonderful word, and adding all the other b words like bird and blue sky make biodiversity so much more important. I adore your first entry and look forward to more.
