Q is for QUEEN


The next letter for The Craft Barn Alpha Dictionary Challenge is Q.
Now I've been struggling with this as I did the challenge in 2013 and thought I'd use different words this time but no, I've chosen QUEEN.


To start I masked the background into Quarters, inked this with Tumbled Glass Distress and stamped over with a Triple Vintage Brown Pigment Ink pad.  The stamps are Mini Calligraphy Set (The Artistic Stamper)  Morocco (Kaisercraft) and the Queen from LPC008  (Paperartsy).  I gold embossed the crown and some of the morocco pattern and managed to get the flash just on her crown!!   It's just finished with the dictionary definition and the Q Thicker.

    I love how you sectioned the background into quarters, another Q word. But our lovely Queen is what really made me smile. You certainly chose a perfect image to represent her, too. I am always in awe of your stamping.

    I lam a fan of those Lynne Perrella images and you have used this one so well for the Q challenge. The blue and gold is striking, I love this one.
